Plot/Story 5.5/10

The beginning of this anime was super slow, and to be honest, I had a hard time figuring out what this anime would be about until almost half way through. What I most liked about this anime was its theory on time travel which was well presented and took my interest. What I most disliked about this anime was its lack of action, it was more suspense than anything. The crazy scientist MC definitely had enemies, but we only saw a glimpse of them which bugged me. I am disappointed of how it turned out based on all the hype about it. You either love it, or hate it.

Characters/Character Development 5/10

Character development was a joke, or at least it wasn’t a big part of this anime. If you like anime that have at least descent character development, then this anime might disappoint you like it did to me.

Animation/Design 4/10

Most scenarios looked lifeless, and very dull. The characters themselves were animated decently, but let’s not forget this is an old anime after all. It definitely doesn’t give you what a modern anime would but this won’t ruin the anime if you actually like the story, I got used to it.

Overall 5.5/10

Overall, I thought this was a waste of time to watch. The beginning started off to a slow and dull start. The ending was a lot better, but still not enough for me to recommend it. I would say look at its genres, and if you like most of them, then you should definitely watch it because the majority say this anime is exceptional. Although, if you’re like me and you’re not very into its genres, then this anime will be a waste of time.
