The concept presented about time travel is mind blowing, and definitely my favorite part!
It ends with a decent amount of unexpected romance (If you’re into that)
A lot of suspense
Con’s
The first few episodes are really boring and anticlimactic
The characters aren’t very appealing
The characters also appear either ignorant, weird, crazy, or all 3
Its animation is definitely not modern (2011)
A main character, over the entire anime, greets others in a way that starts off cute, but gets very annoying after a thousand times
Death is common, although not in the way you’re thinking (you’ll see if you watch it)
There’s not really any funny parts
Character development is inconsistent

Synopsis : Rintaro Okabe is a self-proclaimed "mad scientist" who believes that an international organization is conspiring to reshape the world according to its own interests. He and his friend Itaru Hashida inadvertently create a gadget able to send messages to the past. The discovery and experimentation of this instrument become the catalyst of fundamental alterations to the present. Oblivious of the consequences of their actions, Rintaro and his friends end up creating modifications of grievous proportions.
